Meet My Wellness Center’s Founder
Tomilyn “Tomi” Ward is a trauma-informed therapist, EMDR Consultant, continuing education provider, speaker, and advocate for women’s health dedicated to improving care for pregnant and parenting people—and the clinicians who care for them.
She is also the co-host of the Entrepreneurs Under Pressure podcast, exploring entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience, and the realities of building a meaningful business while navigating the pressure that comes with it.
Tomi specializes in perinatal trauma and loss, traumatic birth, PTSD, anxiety, adoption-related grief, and domestic violence. A former birth doula who has attended more than 30 births, she brings a unique mind–body perspective to her clinical and educational work.
Tomi is the founder of My Wellness Center and My Wellness Retreats, where she combines clinical expertise, continuing education, and restorative experiences for helping professionals. She provides EMDR consultation, offers advanced clinical education nationally and internationally, and creates retreats designed specifically for the people who spend their lives caring for everyone else.
Her mission: to help the people who care for everyone else feel cared for, connected, and equipped to keep doing the work they love.
