Bio
I’m a therapist with a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their path to healing and growth. My journey into clinical practice was shaped by a decade of work in mental health research, where I gained a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health.
I bring a trauma-informed and biopsychosocial–spiritual lens to my work, recognizing how intergenerational and childhood trauma shape one’s thoughts, behaviors, and sense of self. I believe healing can emerge through understanding, connection, and intentional change. I strive to offer a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and heard. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, honoring their strengths and resilience.
I provide therapy in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
