Marissa also specializes in teaching grounding techniques and effective coping strategies for managing stress and difficult emotions. Through her expertise, clients can develop self-esteem, resilience, and cultivate healthy behaviors.

Marissa brings a wealth of clinical experience, including facilitating individual and group therapy in a psychiatric unit, specializing in adolescent females, and delivering crisis intervention through HOPE Animal-Assisted Crisis Response. Her expertise also extends to school-based mental health services. Marissa works with clients across all age groups, offering individual, group, and family therapy services.
