    Bio

Taking the first step into therapy can feel both empowering and intimidating — and that’s completely normal. Beginning this journey is an act of courage and a powerful move toward transformation.

I’m a licensed social worker with several years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and the process of mental health recovery. I believe that meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship — one where you feel seen, heard, and respected as the expert in your own life.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. While I draw from a variety of evidence-based tools and interventions, true progress happens when we work together to move toward the life you envision. Every person brings a different story and perspective, and I honor that individuality in every session.

Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and focused on helping you uncover a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
