Jess (they/them) prides themself on being genuine, open, and someone with whom you can discuss even the toughest of topics. As a member of the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities, Jess understands what it feels like to not “fit in;” to have to hide important aspects of your being. Jess aims to provide a trauma-informed environment where everyone can feel safe and heard, to work collaboratively with you on your therapeutic journey toward becoming the most authentic version of yourself.

Jess is a certified Death Doula and dialectical behavior therapist. They have previous experience working in palliative care. Prior to social work, they worked with adults and adolescents to help artistically express themselves through the works of William Shakespeare.
