    Bio

Jen is a trauma-informed associate therapist who works hard with my with clients in a true therapeutic partnership to understand the barriers in their lives that interfere with their happiness.

She works with a diverse range of teens and adults and believes that life is too short to stay stuck in not-so-good relationships or ones where you consistently feel anxious and stressed.

She genuinely values the level of trust her patients have in her, never taking it for granted. She earns the privilege of getting to know each of her clients and their stories using a non-judgmental approach and curious perspective.

Her commitment is to value and advocate for each person she has the privilege of working with, regardless of race, religion, relationship structure, sexual orientation, and gender expression. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to be their authentic selves and be comfortable naming their needs and boundaries in and out of therapy.

She views therapy as a space where her clients will feel supported, connected, and challenged. Jen knows that embarking on therapy takes courage, which is why she views working together as a privilege that she takes seriously with every step.
