As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I believe that effective therapy relies on open and honest communication, especially during challenging times. My goal is to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health and promote talk therapy as a valuable and healing process. In my practice, I prioritize building a relationship based on trust and authenticity. I understand that sharing past experiences can be daunting, but I view it as an act of courage, not shame. With 8 years of service in the National Guard and experience as a medical social worker, I bring a diverse background to my work as a therapist. I employ various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems, to support my clients on their journey to healing.
