Damien is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community and is well-versed in trauma-informed care. As a military veteran, he has extensive experience in addressing military trauma and approaches wellness from a strengths-based perspective.

Damien's therapeutic toolkit includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Additionally, he is a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, further demonstrating his commitment to providing comprehensive support to his clients.
